The Hamburg-based special healthcare facility with an international reputation posed specific challenges to DAUERFLORA’s creativity. The facility requested unusual and decorative elements that were also to incorporate the large expanses of wall. DAUERFLORA was pleased to accept this challenge, translating it into impressive works of art for the walls and modern decorations. The walls of the facility are now adorned by organically configured wall designs fabricated from preserved moss and images fashioned from preserved ivy, bamboo and grasses. In the entrance area, guests are greeted by ghostwood tree trunks in man-sized stainless steel planters as well as by preserved grasses. At Christmas, too, the facility was decorated in a modern, minimalist style, which harmonised brilliantly with the style of the new build.
DAUERFLORA has established successful, long-standing collaborations with a large number of its customers. For instance, DAUERFLORA has developed and implemented the greening design on all ten ships in the AIDA fleet. DAUERFLORA has also provided striking greenery for the "Mein Schiff" ships of TUI Cruises, and also for the cruise liners of Carnival Cruises and Celebrity Cruises, as well as for MSC and NCL Cruises, and for Color Line, Viking River Cruises and Fjordline ferries.
Well-known hotels such as the Maritim Berlin, H10 Berlin, the Radisson Blu in Hamburg and the Innside Hotel Dresden also employ the services of DAUERFLORA.
DAUERFLORA has a great deal of experience when it comes to providing greenery for shopping centres like "Das Schloss" in Berlin, Dodenhof Posthausen, Kröpeliner Tor Center in Rostock, Einkaufstreffpunkt in Hamburg Farmsen and the Königsbaupassagen in Stuttgart.
